My brother Damian has been farming truffles for a decade and his truffles are amongst the finest in NSW. 
Black, nutty and aromatic they can be added to all kinds of dishes but go particularly well with pasta, egg and cheese.
For the aficionados, try truffles in vodka, pizza or homemade ice-cream.

$3.00 per gram, minimum purchase 10 grams.

Delivered to Sydney and ready for pickup every friday during the winter truffle season June - September.
