A very good mid 19th century cedar table with a boldly turned stem over a triform base terminating in carved feet.

The outstanding feature of this table is the choice cut of cedar in the top. It virtually shimmers with life. This table is slightly larger than most, of sturdy construction and balances the classical and romantic stylistic directions of Australia during the mid 1800's.
